Guiding students toward grounded awareness and inner calm through meditation, mindfulness, and sound-based practices.
Colleen Boveri has 34 years of Yoga teaching experience. She came to yoga after an auto accident left her with lingering discomfort in her neck and spine. After trying several teachers, she finally found one who not only helped with the pain but also changed the way she thought and lived. She has devoted her life to studying and learning ways to help individuals heal and live a more productive life.
Colleen is certified through The Temple of Kriya Yoga, Judith Hanson Lasater (as a Certified Restorative Teacher), and John Friend. She has taken over 600 hours in Yoga teacher training and continues to apply her yoga knowledge in the art and practice of Thai Yoga massage.
Colleen has studied the following styles of Hatha Yoga: Tom Myers, Anatomy Trains, Yoga for Structural Balance, Yoga Align, Anusara, Iyengar, Restorative, Ashtanga, and Power.
Her students enjoy her balanced and non-intimidating approach to teaching Hatha Yoga and her desire to make yoga accessible to all people.
A guided meditation practice for grounding, clarity, and emotional balance.
In our fast-paced lives, this class offers a rare opportunity to slow down and truly relax. In Restorative Yoga, less is more. We focus on fewer postures, but each one is held with the support of props that create comfort and stability, allowing your breath to deepen and your muscles to release tension. This gentle approach helps calm your mind and body, leaving you feeling deeply refreshed and restored.
A 60-minute sound journey for deep rest and renewal.
The Sacred Soundbath is an immersive experience designed to soothe the nervous system and release energetic tension. Tibetan and crystal bowls, bineureal sounds, and Tibetan chanting weave together to create a meditative soundscape that supports inner stillness and healing. Come exactly as you are — no experience needed.
Strengthen and Lengthen
This class is a full-body workout designed to strengthen, lengthen, and energize. Starting from the feet and moving up to the crown of your head, we work on engaging and stretching your major muscle groups. Breathing exercises are incorporated to help increase lung capacity, while special techniques target tension in the face and jaw, as well as strengthen the eyes. Modifications using chairs or blocks make this class accessible for those with limited mobility. No matter your starting point, you’ll leave this class feeling empowered and energized.
