I’m Chisa, with over 10 years of experience teaching yoga, specializing in making yoga accessible for all ages and those recovering from injuries. I am a certified yoga therapist(C-IAYT over 800 hours training), focus on therapeutic yoga to help my students heal and thrive.
My classes are a blend of mindful movement and breath work, designed to help you find balance and connect with yourself.

Tuesday and Thursday 11:00 am - 12:00 pm (1 hour)
Chair yoga for seniors is a gentle, adapted form of yoga performed while seated or using a chair for support, making it ideal for those with limited mobility, balance issues, or joint pain. It boosts flexibility, strength, and mental clarity through safe, seated stretches, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques.

Tuesday 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm (1 hour)
It is a deeply relaxing practice designed to heal the mind and body by holding simple, supported poses for extended periods (5–20 minutes) using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks. Unlike active yoga, its goal is passive, total support, allowing muscles to relax, calming the nervous system, and reducing chronic stress. Helping align your spine to improve your posture.
